Per the Bandcamp release page: "New edition of 1984 tape-only release by Spike in Vain. Includes all the original tracks and mixes in the same running order. Remastered from the original reels, includes lyrics. These recordings were originally released by Trans-Dada in the fall of 1984. Although recorded shortly after Disease Is Relative early that year, most of the songs were culled from the group's earliest material. Although intended to be the band's second album, after a change of drummers the incomplete recordings were released on cassette along with a few live tracks to beef up the running time. Remastered from the original reels. Recorded in early 1984 by Scott Godwin at The Island, except as noted. Mastering by Jack Petracek."
