Tracks 7, 11 are from a 2 channel direct recording, 1st studio demo for Twintone and was recorded at Blackberry Way July 21st, 1980, we were drunk. Tracks 19 to 22 are from a cassette given by Paul Westerberg to Peter Jesperson in May of 1980. Tracks 23 to 25 from the 2-channel direct recording on July 21, 1980 at Blackberry Way (same session as tracks 7, 11). The band's first time in a recording studio. Tracks 26 to 29 outtakes from the Sorry Ma sessions at Blackberry Way. Tracks 26, 27 mixed at Bipolar Bear Studios, Silver Lake, CA (12/07) Track 30 was in the original sequence for Sorry Ma, but removed due to vinyl time constraints. Track 31 first issued as the flip side of [r=7038060 single (8/81). Remastering at Digiprep, Los Angeles, CA (1/08) Original album recorded at Blackberry Way—Minneapolis, MN (7/80–3/81).
