Our default shipping service is USPS Media Mail for all formats of music. Orders that include merchandise, like t-shirts, will ship using USPS Ground Advantage. These options will also be used when you qualify for free shipping. You may also select USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

We offer shipping to all 50 states and it's territories within the United States as well as Canada. At this time, we are only shipping to US and Canada.

All media is shipped in a fitted and padded mailer designed for shipping that particular item(s). 

12" & 7" Records - All unsealed vinyl records ship outside of their original jacket. If the record has a printed inner sleeve and is valued over $10, the record will ship in a generic inner sleeve to prevent seam splits in both the inner sleeve and the jacket. If you would like your record(s) to be unsealed before shipping, please include a note in the order special instructions. For orders containing 1-5 LPs, you have the option of upgrading your box from a standard LP mailer to a Whiplash LP Mailer.

CDs & Cassettes - We use cardboard CD mailers to ship CDs and cassettes. These boxes are firm and typically do not require additional padding. We cannot be responsible for cases damaged in transit. 

Shirts & other accessories - Most small orders will ship in a plastic poly mailer. For larger orders, we will package your items in the safest and most appropriate packaging. 

Shipping fees are captured directly from the USPS or UPS website using package weight and destination. Orders that total $100 or more qualify for free USPS Media Mail or USPS Ground Advantage shipping (depending on the contents of your order). Orders with a total that is less than $10 will be charged an additional handling fee.
