A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US...

Sit & Spin Records is a brick and mortar record store located in the heart of South Philadelphia, established January 2013. It is owned and operated by a couple who share a lifelong passion for music. Both Colin and Leora have been collecting records for the better half of their lives. Their drive to discover new and unheard music naturally evolved into a distro and eventually a shop. While anchored in punk and metal, their years of experience has led to a collective knowledge of many styles and genres.

Owner-operated, Colin and Leora take pride in their little shop and the quality of its inventory. Their focus on digging up rare and in-demand titles has led to a finely curated stock tailored to the demands of their loyal customers. With new and exciting titles coming in daily, you don’t have to know what you’re looking for to find something you’ll love.

More than just music, Sit and Spin Records is also home to The Merch Cellar.  The Merch Cellar offers new and used t-shirts, patches, pins and other music collectibles.
