Shipping & Returns
We use the United States Postal Service to ship all our orders and every package will include a tracking number.
Domestic, within the US:
Media Mail - This service is reserved for recorded music only (e.g. records, CDs and tapes). Media Mail is the cheapest option but may take up to 10 days to arrive. Once shipped, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
First Class/Priority Mail - Non-media items, such as shirts and patches, cannot be shipped in a Media Mail package. Based on package weight, the order will ship with First Class or Priority. These services typically arrive within 5 days.
If your purchase includes both media and non-media items, you will be charged for two separate packages. In most cases, it will be more cost efficient to ship this way. If you overpay for shipping we will offer a store credit for the difference.
International, outside the US:
We ship to Canada. For orders outside the US or Canada, I recommend checking to see if the item(s) you're looking for are available in our Discogs store.
First-Class Package International - This service is the most economical way to send lightweight packages up to 4 lbs. The customs number will serve as a tracking number within the US. Once the package leaves US custody it is up to the receiving country to track the package.
Priority Mail International - This service offers a fast international delivery time of 6-10 business days. It also includes USPS Tracking and up to $200 insurance on merchandise for loss or damage. All packages over 4 lbs are required to ship using this service.
All media is shipped in a fitted and padded mailer designed for shipping that particular item(s).
12" & 7" Records - All unsealed vinyl records ship outside of their original jacket. If the record has a printed inner sleeve and is valued over $10, the record will ship in a generic inner sleeve to prevent seam splits in both the inner sleeve and the jacket.
CDs & Cassettes - We use cardboard CD mailers to ship CDs and cassettes. These boxes are firm and typically do not require additional padding. We cannot be responsible for cases damaged in transit.
Shirts & other accessories - Most small orders will ship in a plastic poly mailer. For larger orders, we will package your items in the safest and most appropriate packaging.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We will take full responsibility for any listing errors or wrong items shipped. While it's rare, mistakes can happen and we are always happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
We will not be held responsible for buyer error. If you purchase an item by mistake, we will not offer a refund or exchange. If you order a VG item expecting a VG+, that is your error. In addition, we will not be responsible for loss or damages caused in transit. If you are concerned about your purchase you can request insurance for an additional charge.
