Shipping policy

SOME ITEMS CANNOT BE SHIPPED.

Select items are in-store exclusive items and available for pick-up only. Restrictions will be noted in the product description. 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Domestic shipping within the US:
By default, media items (records, CDs, tapes, film, books) will ship using USPS Media Mail.

All other items will ship using USPS Ground Advantage or Priority mail. Fees are calculated by package weight and destination using the USPS rate calculation tool.

International shipping:
At this time, shipping outside of the US is limited to Canada only.
