This pressing has it's "Issues" font style on the disc label matching how "Issues" is printed on the cover; [r=381106 features a different font style on the disc label.

Release is packaged in a clear jewel case with a clear disc tray. Includes a 14-page insert and a back cover inlay. Release was packaged with Parental Advisory label sticker affixed to jewel case.

The song length for the last track (16) is actually 3:44, the remaining time on the song is white noise.

Note that Korn, with MTV, started a competition with this album, in that they were asking fans to design an album cover. 5 different pieces of art work were chosen in the end. This release features the artwork by MTV Cover Contest Winner Alfredo Carlos.
