Notes:

Gatefold laminated sleeve with a 24-page numbered book and a light blue lyrics sheet. Records are housed in white inner sleeves.

Similar to this version though the positioning of some of the information on the labels is different:
- The "Northern Songs, NCB" text is larger and displayed on two lines.
- The "7YCE" matrix information on the labels is not displayed within brackets.
- "℗ 1967" is positioned below the "7YCE" matrix information on the labels, just above the side numbers.
- Side numbers are smaller.

The font used on parts of the Record 1 labels is slightly different to the font used on parts of the Record 2 labels.
The Producer credit on the labels is listed "Producer: George Martin", on sleeve is listed "Produced by Big George Martin".
