Notes:

Limited white label test pressing, released to be sold on the band's 2003 European tour. 100 were made and handnumbered in August 2003, 4 copies used as test pressings and 96 stamped and given sleeves for tour.
Includes an insert explaining how the mixing process wasn't completely finished. The band, however, wanted to have records to sell on tour and thus decided to press a small amount of unfinished test pressings to sell to the Europeans.
The record was later released in November 2003 with a different mix.
